Privacy Policy

IncoVoid takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored, and what we never do with it. We believe in plain English — no legal jargon.
1. Who We Are
IncoVoid (incovoid.com) is a financial assessment service for individuals navigating divorce in the United States. We are the data controller for all information you provide. Contact: maxwell@incovoid.com
2. What Data We Collect
A. Account data (when you sign up)
- ·First name and last name
- ·Email address
- ·Password (encrypted — we never see your actual password)
B. Assessment data (when you complete the interview)
- ·Financial information: income, assets, debts, retirement accounts
- ·Personal circumstances: marriage length, children, custody arrangements
- ·Career history: occupation, income history, career interruptions
- ·State of residence
C. Payment data
- ·We do not store your payment card details
- ·Payment is processed by LemonSqueezy (our payment processor)
- ·We receive confirmation of payment and your email address from LemonSqueezy
D. Technical data
- ·IP address (collected by our hosting provider Vercel)
- ·Browser type and device (standard server logs)
- ·Pages visited and time on site
3. Why We Collect It

4. How Your Data Is Stored
Your account data and assessment answers are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase (supabase.com), which uses PostgreSQL with encryption at rest and in transit. Your generated PDF report is stored in Supabase's secure cloud storage.
All data is stored on servers located in the United States. Access to your data is restricted to you (via your account) and to IncoVoid's administrative account for the purpose of generating and delivering your report.
5. What We Never Do
We will NEVER:
- ✗Sell your data to any third party
- ✗Share your financial information with advertisers
- ✗Use your assessment answers for any purpose other than generating your report
- ✗Contact you with marketing from third parties
- ✗Share your data with your spouse or their attorney
6. Who Has Access to Your Data
Your data is accessible to:
- ·You — via your account
- ·IncoVoid admin — for the purpose of reviewing and releasing your report
- ·Supabase — as our database and storage provider
- ·LemonSqueezy — your name and email only, for payment processing
- ·Vercel — technical server logs only (no financial data)
We do not use any advertising networks, analytics platforms that track personal behavior, or data brokers.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active, so you can access your report at any time.
If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data and assessment answers within 30 days. Your report PDF will also be deleted from our storage. We may retain anonymized aggregate data (e.g. “X reports generated in NY in 2026”) for internal analytics.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- ·Request correction of inaccurate data
- ·Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- ·Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email maxwell@incovoid.com with the subject line “Data Request” and your registered email address. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
IncoVoid uses only essential cookies required to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You cannot opt out of essential cookies without logging out of your account.
10. Children's Privacy
IncoVoid is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to IncoVoid, contact us at maxwell@incovoid.com and we will delete it immediately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of IncoVoid after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
